Oak View Group seeks a Marketing Manager for Lexington's premier venues, overseeing campaigns for Rupp Arena, Central Bank Center, and related events. You will manage advertising budgets, media buying, public relations, and grassroots promotions for concerts, family shows, and conventions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years in event/entertainment marketing, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and solid social media expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of event/entertainment marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for concerts, shows, and events.
• Develop creative cash/trade proposals with media partners across digital, radio, print, TV, and outdoor.
• Build relationships with local media, promoters, tour marketers, and community partners for aligned campaigns.
• Lead grassroots marketing efforts including ticket giveaways and on-site activations.
• Oversee internal marketing assets, digital displays, and venue website updates.
