Job summary

LexLive in Downtown Lexington, KY is seeking enthusiastic, energetic Assistant Managers to join our team. Managers oversee their designated department during shifts, lead staff, manage payroll, scheduling, inventory and P&L to ensure smooth operations, guest satisfaction and team well-being.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years managing payroll, scheduling, inventory and P&L, plus strong math, computer and communication skills. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ for some positions).
• All education levels considered.
• At least 3 years of management experience required.
• Solid math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations in assigned area including staff allocation, guest service and problem resolution.
• Oversee assigned area organization and cleanliness.
• Quality Control.
• Manage and lead each shift to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Interact with point-of-sale and other software to manage operations and reconcile receipts on a daily basis.
• Participate in inventory management and communicate to ensure stock levels.
• Ensure company initiatives and programs are implemented within their department.
• Lead by example in adhering to all company policies and requirements.
• Provide training, coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain open communication with personnel at all levels.
• Perform duties for any position in the department when necessary.
• Provide impeccable guest service, starting with greeting guests.
• Abide by health guidelines for safety of all.
• Ensure equipment and fixtures are in working order and report hazards.
