Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in event planning or related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotions with internal departments.
• Prepare guest letters, memos, and promotional materials.
• Manage vendor and entertainment relationships to meet event requirements.
• Draft event rules and seek approvals from Compliance, Legal, and Marketing.
