Job summary

Rock The House in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our logistics hub. You will manage staffing, travel, cross‑rental sourcing, and department reporting to keep shows moving from planning to on‑site execution.

This detail‑heavy role collaborates with production admins, staffing coordinators, and project managers. Hybrid schedule with an on‑site office in Bedford, OH and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event production, live events, AV, hospitality, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple events and deadlines.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and scheduling/inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain department reports for the production team.
• Book and manage staff travel, flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate trucking and freight, including scheduling and check‑in/out.
• Track travel budgets and communicate itineraries to crews.
• Support cross‑rental sourcing, quotes, and vendor bookings.
• Process equipment orders and on‑site support at events.
