Job summary

LMG seeks a Systems Manager, LED to oversee planning, deployment, optimization, and technical execution of advanced video systems for meetings, live events, and touring environments. You will lead a team, collaborate with clients and vendors, and ensure show-ready deployments across venues.

This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership to drive reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement in video workflows for high-profile productions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in supporting meetings, live events, or tours with a focus on video systems.
• Strong knowledge of video switching, signal flow, and large-format video systems.
• Experience with projection, screen technologies, and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, setup, operation, and optimization of video systems for meetings, events, and tours.
• Design and refine packaging, workflows, and kitting to improve deployment efficiency.
• Manage large-scale video switching using Barco E2 and Analog Way systems.
• Support projection and screen configurations and performance optimization.
• Ensure LED systems, media servers, and signal distribution meet show requirements.
• Travel to event sites for advanced troubleshooting and support.
• Lead and mentor video technicians, upholding technical standards.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet specifications.
• Maintain high video quality, redundancy, and system readiness.
• Identify workflow improvements and explore new technologies.
