Job summary

Entertainment Technology Partners' Live Media Group (LMG) is seeking a Systems Manager, LED to oversee the planning, deployment, and technical execution of advanced video systems for meetings, live events, and concert tours.

You will lead a team of video technicians, drive packaging, setup, and troubleshooting, and collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure show-ready systems and reliable operations across diverse venues.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in meetings, live events, or similar environments.
Strong knowledge of video switching infrastructure and large-format video systems.
Experience with projection systems, screen technologies, alignment, and system configuration.
Familiarity with LED walls, media servers, and touring video environments.
Proven leadership experience with mentoring and operational excellence.
Willingness to travel to show execution locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, deployment, and optimization of video systems for events.
Design packaging, workflows, and logistics for deployments.
Lead and mentor video technicians.
Travel to event sites for advanced troubleshooting.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
