Job summary

W3Global in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking an Inventory / Asset Manager to own accuracy and accountability for company-owned and third-party equipment across rentals, sub-rentals, projects, and warehouse operations.

You will track lifecycle, location, condition, ownership, status, and movement; conduct audits; and develop SOPs to improve processes while coordinating with internal departments and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in inventory, asset management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in production industry (AV, lighting, staging, entertainment) preferred.
• Experience with inventory or asset-tracking systems.
• Ability to manage company-owned and third-party equipment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy and asset accountability across equipment.
• Track lifecycle, location, condition, ownership, status, and movement.
• Oversee equipment movements related to rentals, sub-rentals, sales, and returns.
• Conduct internal audits, physical counts, and reconciliations.
• Identify shortages and resolve unaccounted-for equipment.
• Maintain inventory records in the management system.
• Develop and improve inventory SOPs and workflows.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to resolve asset issues.
