Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Purchasing Warehouse Manager for on-site operations at our Denver venue. You will coordinate warehouse activities, manage ordering processes, and supervise staff to ensure efficient preparation for events with a strong focus on safety and sanitation.

The role requires experience in food/beverage or equipment distribution, supervisory background in entertainment venues, and a commitment to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in receipt, storage or distribution of food, beverages, supplies or equipment.
• At least 3 years in supervisory level in an entertainment or convention center venue.
• Must promote and participate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute warehouse operations and ordering for events.
• Ensure inventory control, cataloging, bulk storage, and distribution.
• Schedule, payroll, and labor cost monitoring with management and staff.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies; ensure delivery to stands before game day.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
