Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Previous management experience in a similar venue.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations including crowd management.
• Supervise ticketing operations and resolve entry discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teams to execute event plans.
