Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor at Pensacola Bay Center to lead concession staff and support nonprofit organizations during events. The role emphasizes top-tier guest service, inventory control, and strict health/safety compliance.

You will oversee production flow, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain clean, organized work areas throughout events. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, supervisory experience, and familiarity with food and beverage

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in concessions, bartending, catering, and/or other related food and beverage operations preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is helpful.
• Must have ServSafe training certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise NPO and concession staff to ensure top guest experience.
• Verify stands are stocked and ready for events; manage inventory counts during events.
• Enforce health and safety standards and ServSafe procedures.
• Ensure guests are ID–checked for alcohol purchases and maintain age compliance.
• Coordinate beverage and food production with event timelines.
