Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Promotions and Events Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of on-site and off-site promotions and special events, delivering high-level guest service and a polished on-stage presence.

The role emphasizes event execution, guest relations, branding, and project management, with a focus on accurate collateral, vendor coordination, and cross-department support. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, set-up, execution, and breakdown of all on-site and off-site promotions and special events.
Maintain detailed knowledge of all promotions and events to communicate rules, policies, and regulations to guests and staff.
Assist leadership in planning, coordination, and execution of compliant promotions and events with integrity.
Act as a professional emcee for large-scale promotions on the casino floor and at events.
Manage full event lifecycles, including detailed planning and post-event reviews.
Conduct prize drawing processes and securely issue prizes.
