Job summary

Victory Live in Atlanta’s Buckhead office seeks an Event Mapping Specialist to maintain accurate event and venue data across its ticketing marketplace. This 100% in-office position requires evening and weekend availability.

You will create and update event records, research details, monitor changes, and maintain seating configurations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve mapping issues and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate event and venue records within Victory Live’s Mapping platform.
• Research and validate event details including dates, venues, performers, and seating configurations.
• Monitor schedules and event changes to keep Mapping information current.
• Update events following major schedule releases and high-volume announcements.
• Maintain venue configurations, seating charts, sections, and rows.
• Process cancellations, postponements, and venue changes as needed.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies between internal data and external sources.
• Respond to Mapping requests and escalations, prioritizing time-sensitive issues.
• Perform quality-control reviews for duplicates or missing mappings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Follow Mapping standards and procedures; support mapping across platforms.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
• Support special projects and maintain accurate timekeeping.
