Job summary

Victory Live in Atlanta (Buckhead) seeks an Event Mapping Specialist to maintain event and venue data across the ticketing marketplace. This is an in-office role requiring evening and weekend availability to align with event schedules and changes.

You will research and validate event details, update seating and venue configurations, and resolve mapping requests with strong attention to data accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate event and venue records in the Mapping platform.
• Research and validate event details including dates, venues, and seating configurations.
• Monitor schedules and event changes to keep data current.
• Update events after major schedule releases and high-volume announcements.
• Maintain venue configurations, seating charts, and ticketing information.
• Process cancellations, postponements, and venue changes.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies between internal data and external sources.
• Respond to mapping requests, support tickets, and escalations, prioritizing urgency.
• Perform quality-control reviews to identify duplicates or errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve mapping issues.
