Job summary

FF Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an Event Coordinator to help plan and execute live events, pop-ups, and brand activations. You will work hands-on with guests, vendors, and partners to ensure events run smoothly from setup to wrap-up.

Ideal candidates are energetic, highly organized, and comfortable working evenings or weekends. A background in communications or marketing and strong interpersonal skills are a plus; a degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or events is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Support event logistics including vendor coordination, setup, signage, and on-site management.
• Greet and engage with guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide event information, answer questions, and represent the brand professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align event goals with brand initiatives.
• Help track event performance, gather feedback, and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Maintain event materials, supplies, and displays to look polished and on-brand.
