Job summary

Overtime Elite in Atlanta is seeking Brand Ambassadors to join the Events team. You will engage fans, staff on-site and off-site events, and support fan experience initiatives with energy and hospitality.

This role involves assisting with entrances, seating, merchandise questions, and promoting the OTE brand during games and community events. Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for basketball and youth culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in events or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and hospitality orientation.
• Ability to engage fans and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Work at on-site and off-site events (OTE fan events, tournaments, partner appearances).
• Scan and verify tickets, answer guest questions, provide directions.
• Staff VIP entrances, greet VIPs with high hospitality.
• Assist with seating in courtside and premium areas for a seamless experience.
• Assist with The Shop by answering merchandise questions and keeping space welcoming.
• Engage with fans and cultivate data at events.
• Support activations and installations during game-days and events.
• Assist with post-event breakdown and other duties as needed.
