Job summary

AEG is seeking a stagehand to set up and tear down production equipment before, during, and after events, collaborating with carpenters, electricians, and lighting teams to ensure smooth performances.

The role requires 0-2 years of related experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced event environment; some roles may be part-time with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Previous experience with manual labor preferred.
• Must be able to take direction and execute instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and set up at the beginning of each scene (props, microphones, instruments, scenery).
• Disassemble and remove equipment at the end of the scene and clean stage areas.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks and set up according to stage design.
• Assist carpenters with scenery build and installation of stage maintenance; move and rearrange set pieces.
