Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our special events production team. This role focuses on hands-on event setup, logistics, and on-site execution in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 2-3 years in live events or related roles and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing long hours, and working with a collaborative studio team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the special events, live event production, or DMC industry preferred.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Good hand-eye coordination and strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions accurately and listen to team leaders and supervisors.
• Work cooperatively to ensure smooth event execution.
• Use hand and power tools (training provided) to assist in event setup and breakdown.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, balancing, stooping, and carrying event materials.
• Assist with truck loading and unloading, warehouse coordination, and product handling.
• Installing and striking décor and other event equipment.
• Maintain a disciplined and efficient workflow and multitask as required.
• Provide courteous and professional service to internal teams and external clients.
