Job summary

The Scott Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Banquet Set Up team member to set up, break down, and service all meeting rooms and events to the resort’s high standards. Evening, night, and weekend availability is required.

Prior banquet or set up experience is a huge plus, and candidates must be able to lift 100+ pounds and push/pull up to 500 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 500 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces according to standards.
• Break down function spaces after events.
• Maintain and refresh banquet rooms.
• Assist with meeting space equipment and maintenance as needed.
• Ensure outdoor function spaces are maintained.
• Assist in banquet service and food/beverage as needed.
• Support other tasks as directed by supervisor or director.
