Job summary

CTI, a leading AV provider, seeks a Live Event Sales Consultant in Little Rock, AR. You will generate sales from leads, negotiate AV projects, and manage customer information using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

You’ll attend meetings, prepare quotes and labor estimates, design AV production solutions, and coordinate with operations to deliver successful events. The role offers training, support, and a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered.
• Strong ability to generate new business and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales through given leads and source/network with new customers.
• Negotiate and close AV projects effectively and efficiently.
• Manage all customer information using event software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Attend customer meetings as required.
• Prepare quotes and labor estimates; collaborate on diagrams/engineering.
• Provide creative AV production solutions and coordinate with operations for successful events.
• Build and maintain relationships with the in-house team and customers.
