Job summary

CTI is seeking a Live Event Sales Consultant to grow its client base by generating leads, networking with potential customers, and closing audiovisual deals. You will leverage CTI’s event designs and strategies, supported by our technical team, to deliver compelling proposals and win business.

You will coordinate with operations and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers, while using CRM tools to track opportunities and stay customer-centric in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute.
• 1+ year of sales experience, including sourcing new business through client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent CTI professionally.
• Experience in Audio Visual events or design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales through given leads and source/network with new customers.
• Negotiate and close new and existing audiovisual business effectively and efficiently.
• Manage all business and customer information using event software and CRM.
• Participate in all customer meetings, as required.
• Evaluate customer needs, prepare quotes and labor estimates, and produce diagrams.
