This position offers a base salary of $75,000-85,000 based on experience, plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing live event or touring productions at scale with AV integration.
• Proven experience building crew plans and advancing shows with venues and clients.
• Command of budgeting, margins, and change order discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own shows from signed proposal through final invoice.
• Create project schedules and Run of Show documents.
• Lead load-in, build, rehearsal, show, and strike.
