Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio, TX. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate live events, and supervise production crews under the Production Manager.

The role requires experience in event production, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, safety, and budgets for complex shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in the industry with at least 3 years in a management role for arenas, convention centers, or stadiums.
• Experience in event production and live show management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating operations and production activities for live events.
• Manage production crews, labor, and vendor coordination to ensure shows run smoothly.
• Communicate event details to crews and internal departments; maintain schedules and logs.
• Oversee load-in/load-out and equipment setup, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and review end-of-day reports and manage budgets and inventory.
