Legends Global at Tech Port in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to support day-to-day operations for live events and productions under the Production Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in event production with at least 3 in a management role in arenas, plus Pro AV knowledge and strong planning, communication, and safety skills. A Bachelor's degree is required and flexibility is needed for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of five years’ industry experience with at least three (3) in a management function of an arena, convention center or stadium; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Pro AV equipment, lighting, sound systems, video and stage design.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating operations and production activities for live events.
• Manage technical and financial aspects of show productions.
• Supervise production crew, labor and greenroom staff.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet requirements.
• Maintain production schedules, timelines and checklists for every event.
• Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of events and equipment.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are followed.
• Maintain records of production activities, budgets and expenses.
• Assist in training and supervising staff.
• Assist Production Manager with other duties as assigned.
