Job summary

FreeRange Concepts is seeking an experienced Live Event Production Manager/Audio Engineer to oversee entertainment production, AV systems, and technical operations for The Rustic and other DFW-area concepts. This role supports free live music, private events, and ticketed concerts while ensuring a seamless experience for artists, clients, and guests.

You will advance production, manage AV and sound systems, coordinate with venue leadership, and partner with Sales to scope needs and budget labor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production management in live music or events.
• A1 or A2 level engineer
• Strong live sound and system operation knowledge.
• Working knowledge of stage lighting, AV, and venue infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Willing to travel between FreeRange Concepts locations.
• Experience with MS Office and Monday.com preferred.
