MSG Entertainment is hiring a Production Assistant to support the NY Knicks Event Presentation team during home games and live events. You will assist with talent, manage on-site logistics, distribute messages, and help with props, wardrobe and equipment.

Strong organization, multitasking, and solid communication are essential. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to cover game schedules and appearances.

Qualifications

• Previous Production Assistant or live production experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with social media and content management, plus camera/lighting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist during Knicks games, events, auditions and meetings.
• Distribute messages/items within talent, management and arena.
• Prepare and deliver items for events (headsets, wardrobe, props, paperwork).
• Support social media and content capture for events.
• Organize content during and after games and events.
• Retrieve items from stores or vendors as needed.
• Be onsite contact for guests and meetings, and run errands.
• Ensure guests and team experiences align with appearance guidelines.
