NASCAR’s Phoenix Raceway seeks an energetic events/guest services associate to handle maintenance and guest requests, dispatch tasks, and coordinate with visitors. The role emphasizes professional communication, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of related event services experience preferred or related college degree is preferred.
• Professional image and strong verbal/written communication.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external guests.

Responsibilities

• Answer, process, and dispatch maintenance and guest services requests.
• Record call data on 24/7 Incident Managing Software.
• Communicate with guests via 24/7 text messaging system.
• Maintain professional work ethics and appearance.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
