Job summary

Cosm is seeking a results-driven IT Program Manager to oversee a live event technology program and optimize Venue IT operations. You will coordinate multiple IT projects, manage budgets, timelines, and quality, and report to executive leadership on KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in large-scale IT programs, familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hospitality or live event experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large IT programs or projects.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong budgeting and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Project/program management certifications preferred (PMP/PgMP).

Responsibilities

  • Define program goals, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Develop roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify and assess program risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinate Venue IT operations and multiple IT projects within the program portfolio.
  • Manage resource schedules, budgets, and technology tools
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for program costs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues.
  • Drive lessons learned and implement improvements for future programs.
  • Optimize IT department operations for automation and efficiency.
