Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Supervisor for our event venues to lead a high-volume, fast-paced team in food and beverage operations. You will manage concession stands, ensure safety standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences during events.

The role is hourly and seasonal/part-time, with on-site responsibilities including inventory, safety compliance, and POS operations. This position emphasizes teamwork and exceptional guest service in outdoor event environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to lead a team.
• ServSafe Food Safety certification required; on-site training if needed.
• Team/ServSafe Alcohol certification required; on-site training if needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse.
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines.
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff.
• Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs.
• Adheres to food safety and safe-drinking guidelines and ensures they are being followed by staff.
• Operates a POS or prepares food and beverage items.
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand.
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event.
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service.
