Job summary

ARAMARK Concession Stand Worker position involves preparing and building food items and delivering memorable guest service at our venues. You will follow standardized recipes, handle cash, and maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates are able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and can lift up to 25 lb while complying with safety policies. Certifications for food safety and alcohol service may be required at certain locations.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates positive guest service skills.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 25 lb.
• May be required to meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greets and assists all guests
• Takes food orders and serves guests
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Properly stores food by applying food safety policies
• Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
• Serves food to guests while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked
• Maintains excellent service and positive demeanor toward guests and coworkers
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures
• Ensures security of company assets
• Runs cash register and collects payment for sales
• Reconciles cash to register sales and stand inventory
• Maintains Aramark alcohol policy
• Other duties as assigned by manager
