Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Part-time Bartender to deliver outstanding beverage service at our venue in Port Wentworth, GA. The role requires friendly, professional interaction in a fast-paced setting and availability for event-based shifts.

You will handle alcohol responsibly, upsell offerings, maintain a clean station, and work closely with team members to ensure guest satisfaction. The position offers an hourly wage of $12.50–$13.00 and is eligible for tips, with benefits including a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Bartending school preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks, including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.
• Learn and upsell products to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards.
• Check IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol.
• Communicate cut-offs to guests as required.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Set up and break down bar equipment and assist with cooler organization.
