Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand/walk for the length of the shift.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the area as needed.
• Demonstrate the ability communicate well, think quickly in pressure situations, and motivate a work crew.
• Understand the job responsibilities for all positions under their supervision.
• Develop and maintain work schedules for all staff in assigned area.
• Work with other department venues and units as needed.
• Develop procedures to run the area properly and efficiently.
• Maintain a guest first mentality ensuring shows start on time.
• Work as a resource for the team.
• Ensure costumes and Meet & Greets adhere to guidelines.
• Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements in production spaces.
• Hold regular crew meetings to deliver park/department information.
• Monitor performance of team members.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Complete departmental and park paperwork.
• Ensure show elements stay maintained and safe.
• Adhere to park policies and SOPs.
• Work with Entertainment Management on other department aspects.
• Report unsafe acts to Entertainment Management.
• Train new personnel as needed.
• Complete all projects as asked by Entertainment Management.
