Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a Content & Social Media Manager to capture and share moments that define the guest experience. You will plan, produce, and publish content across social channels, design assets in Canva, and write captions in The Standard’s voice, while attending events to capture on-site moments.

You’ll work closely with Brand Activations & Marketing to decide on priorities, then move quickly to post with confidence and relevance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience creating content for a brand or company.
• Experience with short-form video and live event coverage.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a consistent brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across The Standard Spa, Miami Beach’s social channels.
• Capture and edit original photo and video content on property, including at events and activations.
• Cover select events live through Stories and other timely posts, sometimes evenings or weekends.
• Design polished social graphics and marketing assets in Canva, within brand identity.
• Write captions and social copy that sound like The Standard: confident, playful, culture-aware.
• Translate programming calendars, restaurant news, spa offers into engaging content.
• Collaborate with marketing, programming, food & beverage, spa, and membership teams.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and manage assets for the team.
• Monitor engagement and trends, flagging items needing response or closer look.
• Analyze content performance to inform future shoots and posts.
