Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a hands-on Content & Social Media Manager to craft and publish timely content across social channels, capturing on-site moments, and designing assets that fit The Standard voice. You’ll collaborate with Brand Activations & Marketing, make quick creative decisions, and attend events to tell the brand story in real time.

The role requires a portfolio of brand content, strong Canva and writing skills, and the ability to work evenings or weekends when events

Qualifications

• Minimum two years creating content for a brand or company with a portfolio you conceived, captured, designed, edited, and wrote.
• Strong Canva and in-app skills; eye for layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across The Standard Spa, Miami Beach’s social channels.
• Capture and edit original photo and video on-property at events and activations.
• Cover events live through Stories and timely posts, sometimes evenings or weekends.
• Design polished social graphics and marketing assets in Canva within brand identity.
• Write captions and social copy that reflect The Standard voice: confident, playful, and context-specific.
• Convert programming calendars, restaurant news, spa offerings, and member moments into engaging content.
• Coordinate with marketing, programming, F&B, spa, and membership teams for accurate details and future opportunities.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and keep assets easy to find.
• Monitor engagement and trends, flag items needing a response or closer look.
• Track content performance and iterate for future shoots, posts, or campaigns.
