Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain PA Gaming License and WV Casino Employee Registration.
• Experience in training-related roles and gaming environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop employee training programs aligned with company needs.
• Train new employees on game procedures, communication, and standards.
• Evaluate new employees and provide feedback on performance.
