Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Live! Food Server to provide friendly and efficient food and drink service to restaurant guests, ensuring a favorable dining experience through engagement and attentiveness.

You will know the menu, confidently recommend items, take orders, present food, and handle payments. You may assist with in-room dining when applicable, contributing to a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1–3 years experience in casual, buffet and/or fine dining.
Must comply with state gaming regulations; Alcohol Beverage Card may be required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly.
Know the menu and confidently recommend items to guests.
Take orders, present food, acquire payments for extra service.
Assist in clearing tables and transporting dishes; clean work station.
Enhance the gaming and dining experience with prompt, efficient service.
Assist with In-Room Dining orders when applicable.
Other duties as assigned.
