Gray Media, Inc. seeks a Technical Media Producer (TMP) for WNDU to lead technical aspects of live broadcasts and taped productions. You will operate switchers, manage control room setup, and collaborate with Producers to shape the look of each broadcast.

The role requires hands-on experience with switchers, video routing, and newsroom systems, plus flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of broadcast experience operating as a TMP, live remote, or live studio productions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Video Switcher for live and pre-taped programming.
• Direct certain shows when needed and communicate with producers and crew.
• Lead the control room and studio crew to produce regular, special, and live programming.
• Work with remote crews on location and with reporters in the field.
• Troubleshoot problems and develop solutions addressing root causes.
