Job summary

Wheeling Nailers in WesBanco Arena seeks an Arena Broadcast Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute live event productions across television, in-house videoboards, streaming, and radio. You will lead production crews, supervise technical operations, manage budgets, and ensure safe, professional workflow for all arena events, including hockey and non-hockey shows.

This on-site role requires leadership, strong knowledge of IP networking, NDI workflows, and experience with vMix,

Qualifications

• Live broadcast/live event production experience.
• Leadership and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of audio/video signal flow, IP networking, and NDI.

Responsibilities

• Broadcast & Technical Operations: Manage broadcast signal flow and production systems.
• Execute run-of-shows and troubleshoot live productions.
• Operate television, streaming, radio, and videoboard productions.
• Maintain IP networking and NDI workflows.
• Oversee LED video wall maintenance, including modules, drivers, receiving cards, power supplies, and preventive maintenance.
