Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA is seeking a Media Operations Technician to support transmission output across broadcast platforms. Working under the Supervisor, you will manage end-to-end media workflows and ensure seamless live/ non-live playout, with a focus on reliability and quality.

This onsite, part-time role requires flexibility to cover 1st-3rd shifts and hands-on experience with control rooms, video/audio signals, and server-based operations.

Qualifications

Experience in a television broadcast environment with control room operations.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of video and audio signals in a server-based workflow.
Familiarity with media workflows, asset management, and live/non-live playout.

Responsibilities

Monitor health and quality of all outbound transmissions and streams.
Support live feeds and social media simulcast programming.
Playout of all live and non-live channels; execute live streaming to multiple platforms.
Perform routine QC checks on software, processes, equipment, and signals.
