Job summary
QVC Group in West Chester, PA, is seeking a Media Operations Technician to support Master Control and ensure seamless transmission across broadcast platforms. The role is onsite and requires flexibility to cover 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, Monday through Sunday as needed.

Qualifications
- 1+ years in engineering, control room, media operations, or network operations in TV broadcast.
- Experience operating Media Operations Switcher and related equipment.
- Understanding of analog and digital signal chains; HD video/audio levels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health and quality of outbound transmissions and streams.
- Execute live streaming to multiple platforms.
- Perform routine QC on software, processes, equipment, signals.
- Asset management: recording, ingest, archiving, restoration.
