Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or 1–3 years in broadcast/IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast equipment: servers, routers, switches, encoders.
  • Experience with IT systems, hardware, and broadcast tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT and Broadcast Systems: maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize IT and broadcast equipment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot live broadcasts to ensure top-quality audio/video.
  • Assist with content ingestion and storage on broadcast servers and cloud systems.
  • Install and configure broadcast equipment like cameras, servers, routers, switches, encoders.
  • Collaborate with digital streaming team to ensure smooth hardware/software operations.
  • Respond quickly to technical issues with minimal downtime during live broadcasts.
  • Collaborate with production and other teams to improve broadcast operations.
