Job summary

The JOY FM seeks a qualified producer/director to lead Eleven22 Online live experiences and on-campus video delivery. You will oversee campus-wide video infrastructure, plan and execute online services, and create content that reaches remote audiences during weekly services and major events.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage equipment and workflows, and ensure alignment between in-room and online experiences.

Qualifications

Three to five years of experience in live video production, streaming or digital content production.
Experience directing or producing live broadcasts.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of live online services and large events.
Maintain and support campus video infrastructure including displays, projectors, cameras, switchers, routing and playback systems.
Provide strategic ownership of the full online experience and direct digital content for online playback.
Coordinate plans with online content and service run-of-show using Planning Center Online.
Lead the broadcast video team and develop serve staff to support current and future needs.
Collaborate with Eleven22 Online team to meet qualitative standards for online broadcasts.
