Job summary

Grove City College seeks a Director of Production to lead enterprise audio, video, lighting, and broadcast systems for academic, athletic, performing arts, and institutional events.

You will design and operate campus-wide live streaming, hybrid event support, and AV infrastructure, establishing standards and best practices across classrooms and venues while supervising staff and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise AV, broadcast, and live production environments.
• Experience managing production teams and coordinating complex events.
• Familiarity with broadcast and live streaming workflows, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for campus AV, live streaming, and hybrid event infrastructure.
• Design, implement, operate, and maintain campus‑wide production systems and standards.
• Supervise Video Production Manager and student staff; foster a learning environment.
• Oversee equipment planning, vendor relationships, safety, and venue technology planning.
