Job summary
The Church of Eleven22® in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Broadcast Video Director to lead the production and delivery of Eleven22 Online live experiences and in-room video. You will oversee campus-wide video infrastructure, plan key services, and coordinate Planning Center Online for run-of-show.
You will direct the creation of digital content, lead the broadcast video team, partner with the Online team, and ensure high-quality online broadcasts for weekly services and major events.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in live video production, streaming or digital content production.
- Experience directing or producing live broadcasts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of live online services and large-scale online and in-person events.
- Maintain and support campus video infrastructure across the main campus.
- Provide strategic and creative ownership of the full online experience.
- Direct the creation and production of digital content for live events.
- Coordinate online plans and run-of-show with Planning Center Online.
- Partner with production teams to align in-room and online experiences.
- Oversee the broadcast video team and serve staff development.
- Support campus ministry events with video production.
