Job summary

CardVault by Tom Brady is expanding its Breaks team with a Breaks Operations Manager who will run nightly live streams, manage inventory in Cin7, and ensure accurate pricing and product data across multiple platforms. The role requires strong organization, leadership, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including leadership, breakers, inventory, and marketing.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of and/or passion for trading cards is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Prior supervisor experience is required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience preferred.
• Experience with spreadsheets and operational data.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are important.
• Interest in sports cards, collectibles, or live streaming is preferred.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Sheets or inventory systems is a plus.
• High school Diploma/GED desired.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly live stream operations and reconciliation of sales.
• Ensure streams are scheduled and uploaded 72 hours in advance across platforms.
• Coordinate breakers’ and program managers’ daily show schedules.
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
• Monitor inventory and reconcile Cin7 vs. storefront stock.
