Job summary

The West Point Band is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to operate and maintain live sound systems and digital consoles. You will support lighting, RF, and audio networks during performances at West Point, ensuring top-notch concert and broadcast operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Audio Engineering or related field and 3–5 years in live sound or AV systems. A 4-year Army service commitment is required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in live sound, lighting, or AV systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of Dante and IP-based audio networks.
• Familiarity with Pro Tools, DAWs, and broadcast workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain live sound systems and digital consoles.
• Provide basic lighting support during live productions.
• Support concert and broadcast operations with technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot signal flow, RF, and networked audio.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and documentation.
