Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks an experienced audio/production professional to manage load-in/out, gear setup, cabling, and on-site mixing for concerts and events. You will oversee visiting audio staff, ensure equipment safety and maintenance, and coordinate with artists and production teams to deliver high-quality live sound across the venue.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in tour and stage production, proficiency with pro audio and lighting, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum of tour and stage production experience.
• Experience with stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Load-in/out of band and rental equipment.
• Set up and break down of band and event gear.
• Cabling and patching in collaboration with the crew.
• Provide audio adjustments and professional mix.
• Operate audio control boards during shows.
• Oversee visiting audio techs during events.
• Protect, maintain and repair audio equipment.
• Assist Production throughout the House as needed.
• Support Production Manager with technical advance for artist reps.
• Ensure proper care of venue and rental gear.
• Coordinate with visiting production crews for successful shows.
• Distribute or create audio plans.
• Oversee audio systems across the venue.
• Schedule and meet special events audio needs.
• Maintain relationships with local & national audio vendors.
• Maintain sound, light, and stage equipment maintenance.
• Assist Stage Manager with passes when needed.
• Assist lighting crew with stands, mics, cables, etc.
• Support Special Events operations.
