Job summary

• 2+ years of anchor experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver scripted and ad-lib material with professionalism, personality, and purpose.
• Guide reporters and producers in newscast production.
• Plan, gather and assemble stories on day-of news or special project assignments.
• Develop stories with exclusive angles and enterprise content.
• Build a network of sources for tips and breaking stories.
• Appear at public events on behalf of the station.
• Contribute pictures, video and text updates to mobile platforms.
• Work on multiple stories and meet deadlines.
• Summarize information into clear, concise components
