Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looks off in writing.

You’ll compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting details like motion, text, and audio alignment. Responsibilities include documenting concise, evidence-based observations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail, ability to replay or zoom in.
Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues such as distortions, flicker, or misaligned audio/video.
Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
