Job summary

The Vertex Companies LLC is building a strong team of Strategic Graphic Design professionals to support growth within our Visual Communications practice. We craft persuasive visuals for high-stakes disputes, including trials, arbitrations, and hearings, translating complex facts into compelling graphics that support case strategy and audience understanding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Expert level PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Flexible to long hours, nights, weekends, and travel.
Strong visual communication, project management, and client service skills.
Experience in the litigation/legal industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop demonstrative exhibits, graphics, timelines, presentations, data visualizations, and animations for litigation and dispute matters to be shown in court.
Collaborate with attorneys, experts, consultants, and clients to create persuasive visual strategies.
Simplify complex information into clear graphics across technical and medical topics.
Ensure all visuals are accurate, compelling, and aligned with case strategy.
Support trial preparation, hearings, arbitrations, and courtroom presentations; travel as needed.
