Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or higher with 6–8 years of related experience; or a Master’s with 8+ years.
• Experience supporting litigation, investigations, disputes, regulatory reviews, or forensic consulting.
• Excellent written communication; ability to explain complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Healthcare payment and reimbursement experience preferred (claims analytics, coding, billing, contracting, or regulatory compliance).
• Proficiency with data extraction, transformation, and visualization tools; cloud data platforms a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, SAS; familiarity with BI and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analyses of large datasets to support litigation, investigations, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
• Develop clear, well-documented workpapers, reports, and client deliverables communicating findings.
• Support expert witness engagements including data analysis, report development, and deposition prep.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, timelines, and coordination with clients and counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and client personnel to identify issues and address evolving needs.
• Assist in matters involving healthcare reimbursement, claims payment, and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on quantitative issues central to disputes and investigations.
